Website prices, specifications, images, stock statements and delivery estimates are informational and may change without notice. An order is accepted only after Nexus confirms price, availability, freight, taxes, payment terms and delivery in writing.

Accounts and payment

Credit and net-payment terms require application, verification and written approval. Past-due balances may delay further fulfillment. Customers are responsible for accurate billing, shipping, purchase-order and exemption information.

Product use

Customers must verify that products are suitable for their intended use and comply with applicable food-contact, workplace, sanitation and local requirements. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
