Nexus Distributor was founded by Mr. Md. Masud Rana in 2013. Since the early days, the Nexus Distributor has evolved from being primarily a commodity trading organization. As Nexus has grown over the years, the flagship platform now has operations and investments across a wide range of industries including, Animal Health, Agriculture & Fishery development. The organization sells its products and services in the domestic market of Bangladesh. The Nexus- name has now become one of the most recognizable brand names of the Animal Health Sector in Bangladesh. It is also synonymous with innovation, trust and quality.
Mr. Md.Masud Rana was born in Tangail. He is the Proprietor of Nexus Distributor. He has sound knowledge of various pharmaceutical veterinary products. He has 13 years of professional experience in product development, manufacture, quality control, sales and management of pharmaceutical products.
Md. Masud Rana established a veterinary pharmaceutical import company in the year 2009 initially to manufacture veterinary nutrition products. The company started the production with the permission of the Directorate of livestock Administration. Like other veterinary products, Nexus Distributor’s products also earned high reputation in the market.
It may be mentioned here that Mr. Md. Masud Rana takes a very keen interest in pharmaceutical technology and also likes to collect the latest technology available anywhere in the world for his factory. For this purpose, he traveled to more than 12 countries, which included Spain, Indonesia, China, Korea, India, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and France. He also visited many Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies as well as pharmaceutical machinery and equipment manufacturing companies in the above-mentioned countries. He also attended numerous pharmaceutical seminars/conferences/ workshops and symposia at home and abroad.
Mr. Md. Masud Rana has earned a good reputation for the quality products of his company in the local market. He wanted to export his products to overseas markets. With this end in view, he established a separate Pharmaceutical Unit in his existing factory to manufacture only veterinary drugs to meet GMP requirements.
